The Role

The Office & Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing financial operations, including accounts payable and payroll management.
2. Managing office administration tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
3. Supervising support staff and coordinating team activities.
4. Maintaining compliance with legal and financial regulations.
5. Implementing and managing case management systems, particularly Sage.
6. Interacting with clients to provide exceptional service and support.

The Person

Essential Criteria

7. Proven experience in finance management, preferably within a legal environment.
8. Strong understanding of accounting practices and case management systems.
9. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
10. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
11. Desirable Criteria
12. Experience with Sage or similar financial software.
13. Background in a legal or professional services context.
14. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
