About the Role
* Support the Client Success Manager with client plans and communication, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in launching new clients, maintaining accurate records on the CRM, and preparing account updates for internal meetings and client interactions.
* Foster positive client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning them with company solutions, under the guidance of the Client Success Manager.
* Approach work with a project mindset to ensure client deliverables are met within established timelines.
* Compile and present client metrics, as well as prepare reports to share insights with key stakeholders.
* Identify and escalate potential challenges, offering proactive solutions to address client concerns.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows to enhance the client experience.
