As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for 400+ employees across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in high-volume payroll processing within a production or manufacturing environment.
You will be IPASS qualified (or equivalent) and proficient in using Collsoft (Payroll) and Softworks (Time Management System).
Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate calculation and timely payment of wages, salaries, taxes, and contributions; maintaining and updating payroll records in accordance with legal and audit requirements; and submitting all statutory returns accurately and on time.
You will also be responsible for calculating and processing Benefits-in-Kind (BIK) in line with current legislation, administering company pension schemes, including processing contributions and liaising with providers.
Additional duties include assisting with monthly payroll reconciliations, supporting the preparation of payroll-related financial reports, and liaising with the Finance team to prepare and post payroll journals.
