Description
We are actively seeking an Early Career Cross Functional Test Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of our retail solutions by contributing to the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of processes for end-to-end integration testing. This means you will support the strategy implementation across diverse systems for Online Store buy flow – from payment systems, customer communication and customer-facing applications – ensuring they seamlessly integrate and perform flawlessly in a real‑world retail setting. Your efforts will directly impact the reliability and success of our in‑store technology, directly contributing to our customer and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Support the flawless operation of our retail systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting QA standards, guidelines, and best practices for all retail engineering projects.
Actively participate in the execution of robust test processes, strategies, and detailed test plans for all retail software initiatives.
Contribute to the test automation development.
Work with the team to ensure that comprehensive test plans are integrated into the overall project schedule, enabling the consistent delivery of high‑quality product releases that meet both functional and non‑functional requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in CS or equivalent work experience performing Web manual and automation testing.
Expertise in designing and developing test automation frameworks using language like Java and Selenium or Playwright and Typescript.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in retail technology with understanding of in-store operations.
Experience with Mobile Applications testing.
Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally.
