**Job Title:** Senior Social Care Worker

Role Overview:
The primary objective of this position is to provide support and care through a person-centered approach, meeting the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with an Intellectual Disability/ABI/Autism. To assist individuals with disabilities in residential, training and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning while maintaining independence or improving skills for greater self-sufficiency. -----------------------------------
Main Responsibilities:
• Participate as part of an on-floor duty team and assume coordination responsibilities during shifts. • Supervise other staff under direction. • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) for effective service delivery to residents. -----------------------------------
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates must meet these criteria: • Possess a qualification at Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing or Childcare with Disability modules.,
