K Leisure is currently seeking a fitness instructor to join our fitness coaching team. The successful candidate will be joining the team of exercise and fitness professionals in our Naas branch to deliver group exercise classes, design, and implement fitness programs for our members and guests of K Leisure. They will also be the first point of contact for member queries, provide advice and coaching to members and guests, enabling them to achieve their fitness and exercise goals. This will all be done using out top of the range facilities to help deliver the best one to one and group training to our clients. The Successful candidate will have:
Required Skills:
* 1-2 years' Experience coaching and delivering group fitness classes and developing fitness programs for clients and members.
* NCEF, NCEHS, ITEC, ACE, or similar qualifications (REPS Ireland approved).
* Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
* Creative, forward-thinking mindset.
* Proven ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Great customer service skills and interactive outgoing person.
Desirable Skills:
* BSc in Sports Science, Strength and Conditioning, Performance Coaching, or similar.
* Les Mills qualified in BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK, or BODYBALANCE are distinctive advantages.
* Experience programming and delivering group exercise classes such as Les Mills, Circuit training, Aqua Aerobics, Group cycling / spinning, and H.I.I.T / Bootcamp classes.
