AI Delivery Manager required for well know brand in the Irish market.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to define and execute the multi-year AI strategy for the business This is hybrid working (2-3 days / week) onsite in Cork Responsibilities Help shape the AI vision, setting priorities, and ensuring business value Managing AI implementations, resources, timelines, and budgets Lead, manage and scale cross-functional teams Drive change management and adoption strategies AI innovation - staying ahead of industry trends and evaluating emerging technologies Requirements 5+ years in a leadership role managing and scaling tech teams or Architect level working on enterprise solutions Hands on experience with end-to-end AI or LLM delivery at enterprise scale Experience in AI strategic planning and roadmap development Good understanding of IT architecture methodologies and compliance frameworks Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills MSC (or equivalent) in AI is desirable
