 
        
        Insurance Operations Manager
Brightwater are partnered with a growing insurance intermediary in Dublin city centre that now requires an operations manager as they continue to grow. This will suit an insurance professional with a strong background in commercial insurance and operations.
Responsibilities:
 * Spearhead the operational management of a leading business-to-business insurance intermediary, overseeing nationwide activities in Ireland and the UK, covering life and non-life insurance products.
 * Take full accountability for end-to-end insurance processes, including policy issuance, premium handling, claims processing, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
 * Maintain strategic flexibility in managing supplier dependencies and ensure operational platforms, software, and access controls meet top-tier security and regulatory standards.
 * Cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and innovation, aligning with market demands in both jurisdictions.
 * Proactively adapt to regulatory changes from the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), embedding compliance into all operational strategies.
 * Design and uphold a robust compliance framework, conducting reviews and advising on regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.
 * Evaluate product offerings, documentation, and marketing materials for compliance, supporting new business ventures with risk assessments.
 * Deliver detailed performance insights to senior leadership, fostering strong ties with regulators, insurers, and external partners while supporting staff development plans.
Skills & Experience:
 * Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams within a fast-paced, regulated insurance or financial services environment across multiple jurisdictions.
 * Deep understanding of insurance operations, including policy administration, claims handling, and premium collection, with a track record in process optimization.
 * Strategic mindset with a history of driving operational efficiency and teamwork
