MPA Recruitment Ballymena are recruiting a Skilled Labourer / Multi Skilled Operative for ongoing construction and maintenance work in Castledawson.
This is a hands-on role working across void and tenanted properties, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
If you have experience in construction, labouring, maintenance or a trade background (plastering, joinery, painting), this role will suit you.
Key Responsibilities
General labouring and site support
Property maintenance and repair work
Basic plastering, patching, painting and snagging
Assisting trades on site (joiners, plumbers, electricians)
Working on void and occupied properties
Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
Requirements
Previous experience in construction, labouring or maintenance
Ability to carry out a range of practical tasks
Good work ethic and reliability
CSR card preferred
Driving licence desirable but not essential
Desirable Experience
Plastering, joinery or painting background
Property maintenance or refurbishment experience
Experience working on building sites or housing projects
