Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality care to children with respiratory conditions requiring non-invasive ventilation (NIV). The successful candidate will work closely with the Respiratory team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients and their families, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans;
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in NIV management and provide education to staff on best practices;
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transition of patient care between departments;
* Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction;
