Job Role:
* Drive new export business across road, air, and ocean freight networks.
* Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to successful closure.

* Proven track record of 5+ years in freight forwarding sales, preferably in export markets.
* Diverse connections within the Irish logistics and freight sector.
* Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and pricing skills.
* Independent, self-motivated, and confident when working remotely or in the field.

What We Offer:
1. Competitive base salary €50,000 - €70,000 (dependent on experience).
2. Uncapped commission structure - 10% from €0 gross profit, no thresholds in year one.
