Homecare Service Manager
Job Summary:
The Homecare Service Manager oversees the operational success of a homecare region, ensuring high-quality care delivery to clients in their homes. This role involves leading and supporting a team of caregivers, maintaining regulatory compliance, coordinating client care plans, and ensuring the smooth functioning of homecare services.
* Manage and lead a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care to clients
* Maintain regulatory compliance and adhere to industry standards
* Coordinate client care plans and develop relationships with service users, HSE/PHN's/OT's, and local authorities
* Ensure timely delivery of all staff training and rostering/scheduling
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting
* In-depth knowledge of homecare regulations, policies, and best practices
* Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care to clients
Location: Dublin/Kildare/North Midlands/South East
Salary: Competitive package per year
Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexibility needed for weekend work)
