Description

Department: Human Resources

Location: Shannon


Role Purpose

Responsible for supporting the HR function across employee benefits, training, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, and communications. Focuses on leveraging HR systems and data analytics to generate insights and enhance decision-making.


Role Responsibilities

* Provide administrative assistance to the HR Department.
* Maintain and update employee data within HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports. Analyse HR data to identify trends and support workforce planning initiatives.
* Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance HR processes, improve data analysis, and support decision-making.
* Review and support employee payroll, benefits, and budgeting processes for all elfc global entities.
* Coordinate and administer Training & Development programs.
* Support company initiatives on Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing.
* Provide guidance and respond to queries related to HR Policies, Procedures, and employment law compliance.
* Administer recruitment processes, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), participate in interviews, and support new hire induction.
* Support the design and implementation of improvements to HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
* Contribute to HR/business projects, audits, and compliance reporting.


Skills & Experience


Essential

* Qualification in HRM or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years HR experience.
* Experience supporting a global workforce.
* Knowledge of Employment Law.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in HR Data analysis and Excel for reporting.


Desired

* CIPD or equivalent qualification.
* Ability to utilise AI-driven tools to streamline HR processes.
