Strategic Learning Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our organisational learning and development. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating competency-based training programmes aligned with industry standards.
* Develop strategic plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Translate quality findings and practice needs into targeted learning interventions
To succeed in this role you will require:
* A recognised degree in Training & Development, Education, Health/Social Care, Quality, or similar
* Minimum 3 years' L&D leadership or management experience in health, social care, or regulated services
* Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate competency-based training programmes
