Position: Sales Team Leader Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland Work model: On site Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonus DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and coach a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring strong day-to-day execution.
Provide ongoing operational support and guidance to help team members meet performance expectations.
Collaborate closely with other program leaders to share best practices and resolve challenges.
Maintain clear and consistent communication to reinforce performance standards and team alignment.
Review team processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective action plans.
Use data and reporting tools to identify trends, performance gaps, and best practices, presenting insights through weekly reporting and formal business reviews.
Drive continuous improvement across team and program performance.
Perform additional relevant duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience leading a sales team or providing coaching and mentorship within a sales environment.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Proven ability to build strong relationships, manage conflict, and lead by example.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated success in developing low performers to reach targets.
Ability to interpret data and reporting trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Adaptable and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
