Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled occupational therapist to manage, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services within our organization. The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for the standards of practice and development of the occupational therapy service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service.
* Develop and maintain professional standards guided by evidence-based practice and relevant research.
The successful candidate will be registered as an occupational therapist with CORU and have a minimum two years' full-time post-qualification clinical experience.
Experience working within the disability sector is highly valued. We believe it is essential to collaborate effectively in a complex environment.
Requirements:
* Be registered as an occupational therapist with CORU.
* Have a minimum two years' full-time post-qualification clinical experience.
* Hold a full clean driving license and access to a car.
