As a Programme Manager at our corporate club, you'll hold a CIMSPA registration, and understand the commercial fitness environment.
Previously, you've worked as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor and you bring lots of initiative with a good eye for detail.
As a Gym Manager, you will: As a one-person site, you will supervise the fitness floor, deliver exercise programmes and advise on training and lifestyle Motivate members, understanding their individual needs to help them achieve their goals Produce and deliver group exercise classes for your members Deliver excellent customer service through everything from personal training to processing payments Ensure clinical standards while delivering our unique Personal Best health assessments Increase onsite membership and active utilisation Manage our corporate client accounts, attending meetings, strengthening relationships and ensuring their needs are met Helping you feel good.
