MCS International Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking an International Warehouse Supervisor to manage logistics and operational performance across multiple international warehouse locations supporting Mission Critical Services (MCS) spare‑parts fulfilment. This position plays a key role in ensuring rapid, accurate delivery of critical spare parts to our clients within a 48‑hour service window.
The role will initially be based in Dublin and followed by a secondment to our Netherlands warehouse for approximately six months before transitioning to a permanent location in Spain.
This position will oversee and develop warehouse operations in existing satellite facilities in Dublin and the UK, as well as other emerging EMEA territories as the network expands.
Key Responsibilities
International Warehouse & Logistics Management
* Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities across multiple international warehouse sites.
* Ensure fulfilment of critical spare‑parts orders within the required 48‑hour SLA.
* Implement and standardise operational processes, documentation, and compliance practices across all EMEA warehouse locations.
* Support the development of new warehouse capabilities in emerging regions as required.
Order Processing & Shipping
* Supervise the accurate picking, packing, and shipment of customer spare‑parts orders.
* Ensure all outbound shipments meet accuracy, quality, and documentation requirements.
* Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to ensure timely international deliveries.
Receiving & Inventory Management
* Manage the receiving of incoming goods and ensure correct routing to designated areas or personnel.
* Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
* Oversee cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and corrective actions in cases of discrepancies.
* Maintain consistent inventory practices across varied warehouse sizes, including small and mid‑sized facilities.
Operational Efficiency & Compliance
* Ensure adherence to internal controls, safety standards, and quality procedures.
* Support warehouse layout optimisation, process improvements, and operational scalability.
* Operate effectively within diverse environments, ranging from smaller satellite locations to larger branch operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
* 5 years of warehouse or logistics field experience;
or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple international sites.
* Experience supervising warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations.
* Ability and willingness to travel across the EMEA region
