**Job Title:** Continuous Improvement Lead


Job Description:

The Finance team is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence by analysing and optimising business processes, implementing Lean principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

* Analyse current practices and identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement business process improvements
* Implement changes in workflows to drive continuous performance

**Requirements:**

Mid-Senior level administrative professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in business process improvement, Lean principles, and change management is essential.
