Sustain a competitive market edge by leading long-term sourcing strategy for Flavours and Seasonings across all locations.
Develop and execute price risk management strategies to ensure predictable commodity costs.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, Global Commodities, and Categories to design and implement sourcing strategies.
Manage cross-functional priorities and relationships to achieve sustainable benefits in Productivity and Cash Flow.
Develop internal procurement capabilities and organizational structure.
Implement strategies aligned with PepsiCo Positive Sustainability Goals.
Lead results-driven teams to drive value creation.
Develop strategic supplier relationships to unlock new value and innovation.
Negotiate supplier agreements to leverage company interests.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the PGCS Flavours and Seasonings team to develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies.
2. Understand industry trends and key cost drivers; develop pricing mechanisms for competitive advantage.
3. Coordinate with global teams to leverage best practices.
4. Ensure material supply, quality standards, on-time delivery, and food safety compliance.
5. Manage project teams to drive outcomes.
6. Ensure productivity pipeline delivers targeted net productivity improvements.
7. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
8. Develop analytical and financial frameworks for business issues.
9. Lead supplier performance and contract compliance initiatives.
10. Implement strategies to meet PepsiCo Positive Sustainability Goals.
11. Build internal procurement capabilities through recruitment, coaching, and talent development.
12. Manage risk initiatives related to supply chain, currency exposure, and sustainable practices.
13. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and audits.
Requirements:
* BA/BS in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields; Master's preferred.
* 6-8 years of procurement leadership experience, preferably in Food & Beverage industry.
* Deep knowledge of sourcing, category management, and procurement best practices.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills at all levels.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of economic drivers.
* Analytical and financial skills.
* Organizational savvy and ability to communicate complex topics to executives.
* Proven leadership of large, geographically dispersed teams.
* Results-oriented with the ability to meet bold targets.
