We are seeking a creative, innovative and detail driven Hotel and Restaurant Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and supporting luxury sales & marketing activity across multiple outlets (five star hotel & three city centre restaurants).Key requirement is to support customer engagement & loyalty along with revenue growth from effective campaignsYou will collaborate with various teams to enhance multiple brand presence, generate B2B & B2C leads and ensure the overall success of marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution:Manage all print/brand standards across all businessesSupport development and implementation of integrated marketing plans for both the hotel and restaurantsConduct Comp Set research to identify new opportunities to inform marketing strategy.Support and ensure compliance re branding of hotel both on and offlineSupport in creation of engaging content for marketing materialsDevelop copy and manage all printed collateral content per businessBusiness Brand Monitoring & Reporting:Manage budget data reporting to provide insights into campaign effectivenessManage agreed KPIs per business to ensure efficiencies and best ROIRegularly monitor online reviews, guest feedback, and overall sentiment towards the hotel and restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction.Generate monthly reports.Adjust marketing strategies based on data analysis and feedback from customers and stakeholders.Sales SupportSupport sales teams on events/databases/site inspections to grow business for all outletsCustomer Engagement & Brand PromotionExecute customer loyalty programs, promotional offers, and special events to drive traffic to both hotel and restaurants.Collaborate with the sales team to create cross-promotional activities and packages that promote both hotel and restaurant services.Event & Promotion ManagementSupport the planning and execution of internal events such as wine tastings, launch events, or special offers.About The RoleThe ideal candidate:Experience:Minimum of 6 months experience in marketing, ideally in the hospitality, restaurant or luxury industry.Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and increasing brand awareness.Strong eye for detail and track record in creating engaging on brand copyExperience in digital marketing, social media content creationEducation:Third Level Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.Technical Skills:Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.Proficient in social media platforms, website analytics tools email marketing softwareFamiliarity with CRM tools and the ability to analyse customer data.Soft Skills:Fluent English copywriting and proof reading skills requiredExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.Results-oriented, with the ability to assess and improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies.Required CriteriaThird Level Qualification in Marketing, Business or a related fieldMinimum of 6 months experience in marketingDesired CriteriaLuxury hospitality experienceSkills NeededMarketingAbout The CompanyThe Fitzwilliam Hospitality Group operates a collection of premium hospitality venues in the heart of Dublin City.
