Currently experiencing a growth in new business, they now require an Accountant to assist the Finance Manager across all aspects of the finance function. As the candidate will be joining at a stage when the company is relatively young and in development mode, the role represents an opportunity to add value and make a strong contribution to the continued growth of the business. Offers significant upward career progression. Duties will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts for group companies. Assist senior management with budgeting, systems development, and tax planning activities across the group Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared and reconciled accurately and on a timely basis. Manage inter-company Develop and document business processes and accounting policies Ongoing review and improvement of Internal Financial Controls Management and development of the finance team Ensure organisation is compliant with Taxation and Statutory obligations Manage Year-end Audit and interaction with auditors Other ad hoc duties and projects as required Candidate Profile Qualified Accountant with 1-3 years PQE ideally within a fast-paced environment Proficient IT skills Possess inter-personal skills and a pro-active can do attitude Fluency in English is essential An attractive remuneration & benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
