We help construction teams manage safety records, digital onboarding, training compliance, time tracking, and site access —all from one easy-to-use platform.Our mission is to make construction sites safer, more efficient, and fully connected through real-time digital tools.Role OverviewWe are seeking aCustomer Support Representativeto provide world-class assistance to our users and help them get the most value from Boxcore. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, technology-driven, and passionate about solving problems for customers.You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, supporting users via live chat, email, phone, and video calls. You'll work closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure customer feedback is acted upon and satisfaction remains high.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive support to customers through chat, email, and phoneTroubleshoot product issues and guide users through solutionsSupport onboarding and training for new customersEscalate technical issues to product or engineering teams where requiredTrack and document customer interactions accurately in our CRM systemCreate and update help articles, tutorials, and support documentationMonitor customer usage and identify opportunities for improvementCollect and communicate customer feedback to influence product developmentDeliver an exceptional customer experience that drives platform adoption and retentionSkills & Experience1+ year experience in customer support, customer success, or technical support (SaaS preferred)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to explain software in a clear, friendly, and patient mannerExperience with support tools (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot, or similar)Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamComfortable adapting to fast-moving environments and evolving productsKnowledge of the construction industry or field-based operations is a plus but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceCareer development and growth opportunities within a scaling companyFlexible hybrid / remote working environmentOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technology transforming construction safety and workforce managementMeaningful work with real-world impactHow to Apply Send your CV and a short message about why you'd be a great fit through Linkedin
