Your models will run in live veterinary diagnostic environments across multiple countries, directly influencing clinical decisions. You will design the architecture, set the standards, and see the real-world impact of your work.We are well-funded, growing fast, and at an inflection point. The person who joins now will shape how this technology scales.What You Will Work OnYou will own detection, classification, and counting of biological targets in veterinary diagnostic imagery and video. That means the full lifecycle: data pipelines, annotation quality, model development, optimisation, and production deployment. No handoffs to a separate MLOps team. No waiting six months to see your work in the wild.The technical stack is modern and the problems are genuinely hard. Real-world veterinary imaging is noisy, variable, and unforgiving.
