We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Retention Team on a full-time basis at our head office.




Job Description


The primary objective of this role is to help customers reduce their energy costs and ultimately their expenses. This involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring they receive the best possible service from us.

* Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to identify solutions that meet customer needs.
* Sales Experience (Preferable): A track record of success in sales roles or similar experience that demonstrates your understanding of what drives customer behavior.
