Are you highly organised, hands‑on, and thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment? We’re looking for a Logistics & Fleet Co‑ordinator to join our food service team and keep our transport operations running smoothly.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the link between production, cold store, and transport companies, ensuring customer orders are dispatched on time, trucks are loaded correctly, and our fleet stays safe and compliant. You’ll take ownership of freight planning, invoicing, and fleet maintenance while supporting QA, WHS, and COR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily freight schedules and ensure orders are sent on time.
* Liaise with production and cold store to manage late or short orders.
* Complete carton counts, check invoices, and prepare consignment notes.
* Work with 3PL transport companies on delivery days, rates, and cut‑off times.
* Approve transport invoices and track freight costs.
* Oversee fleet maintenance, fuel reporting, and RoadNet data updates.
* Ensure compliance with COR, WHS, and QA requirements.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in freight, logistics, or transport planning (food service/FMCG a bonus).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure.
* Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
* High attention to detail with invoices and reconciliations.
* Proficiency with MS Office; RoadNet knowledge desirable.
