Job Title: Electrical Contracts ManagerLocation: Ireland (with travel required across Ireland, UK, and Germany)Contract Type: Full-time, PermanentStart Date: Q4 2025About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale electrical projects across Ireland, the UK, and Germany.This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile projects within the Data Centre and Life Sciences sectors, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring technical excellence throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage electrical contracts from inception to completion across multiple locations.Oversee project planning, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring performance and professional development.Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.Report on project progress, risks, and performance to senior management.RequirementsProven experience in an Electrical Contracts Manager or similar leadership role.Strong track record of delivering projects in Data Centres and/or Life Sciences environments.Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, industry standards, and regulations.Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contracts.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Flexibility to travel regularly across Ireland, the UK, and Germany.Experience in delivering projects (value 15m – 50M) from design stage to completionCandidates must be capable of taking responsibility for a number of projects concurrently, as required.What`s on OfferIndustry leading salary, plus travel / package.
