What you'll be doing: Business Partner to Central Functions senior teams Establish newprocesses and ways of working to support thesenior team Responsible for managing the monthly,quarterlyand year end cost reporting for thesefunctionsto budget, delivering analysis,insightand decision support to the business.
Lead the Forecast and Budgetand3 YP processfor these functions foropexand capex spend Proactively review and challenge financial plans,ensurein-dept understanding of the key drivers and assumptions behind these plans Ensure Anaplan isleveragedto forecast and budget costs across the Group Financial governance and risk management on behalf of finance for Finance, HR and I&I Provide decision support to the asrequiredand support the senior finance team to deliver thestrategyacross these functions Support theteam in delivering their Transformation agenda Ad hoc financial projects What we'er looking for: Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE Very strong analytical, presentation and communication skills Very strong Excel and Powerpoint skills essential Minimum 2-3 years experience in a financial / commercial role Financial analysis and interpretation experience Commercial experience in Musgrave or external business environment Excellent attention to detail and likes to work cross functionally Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines A self-motivated approach to work - can do attitude Good organisational and time management skills.
