Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in placing ads via phone, email, or our self-service platform (YourAdNow).
* Guide users through account setup, publication selection, date choice, ad type selection, and payment completion.
* Respond promptly to client queries or concerns and ensure seamless experiences.
* Reach out to existing or lapsed clients to offer reminders, special deals, or support for new advertising needs.
* Encourage customers to transition from print to digital advertising options.
* Monitor customer orders and follow up on any issues that arise.
* Support sales and advertising team initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
* Comfortable handling phone-based and email-based customer support.
* Proven ability in outbound calling and upselling.
