A leading medical distributor is seeking a Procurement Executiveto join its newly created Procurement function in Dublin.

The Role As Procurement Executive, you will: Support the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to supplier coordination.
Manage inventory reorders and ensure timely, accurate purchase orders.
Assist in supplier negotiations to deliver best value across cost, quality, and delivery.
Monitor supplier performance and support regular reviews.
Liaise with internal teams (sales, service, warehouse) to align purchasing needs with business demands.
Manage procurement data in SAP.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and external regulations.
About You We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop in their procurement career.
You will ideally bring: A qualification (or working towards one) in procurement (CIPS, IIPMM, or equivalent).2–3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable (but not essential): A second language (German, French, Italian).
Experience within the medical device, healthcare, or dental consumables sector.
