Job role: Application Support Manager: Music & Opera
We have an exciting full-time, temporary opportunity at the Higher Executive Officer (HEO) grade for Application Support Manager (Music & Opera). This role reports to the Performing Arts Director.
Role overview
The Council’s responsibility for Music & Opera includes supporting a wide range of styles with broad audience appeal. Music clients include some of the largest funding relationships in the Council’s portfolio. The Council aims to balance supporting established music makers with fostering new entrants, whose artistic contributions are vital for maintaining high-quality music and opera practices now and in the future.
Working closely with the Head of the team, the Application Support Manager will manage funding and grant assessments, maintain relationships within the arts/practice area, motivate and collaborate with the Arts team, and oversee award payments.
