Lead eBR Program Implementation
The role of the eBR Program Manager is to oversee the successful implementation of electronic Batch Records (eBR) and Review by Exception (RBE) at a specified site. This position requires effective management of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, validation, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a detailed project plan covering timelines, resources, and milestones.
* Lead cross-functional teams and external partners through all phases of implementation.
* Ensure compliance with IT and Quality policies, including system validation.
* Track and report project costs, savings, and overall ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology (preferred). Project Management certification is a plus.
Experience: 6+ years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or related areas.
Skills: Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex programs.
