The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational, commercial, and people performance of the store.
You will lead by example, fostering an engaging, positive environment while ensuring high standards and consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
Delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
