Overview
The fine dining Pullman Restaurant is currently recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous. Main Purpose of the Job: To assist in the preparation and delivery of a fine dining tasting menu curated by Head Chef Angelo Vagiotis.
Responsibilities
* Prepare mis-en-place as required.
* Ensure accurate preparation of all menu items and efficient service delivery.
* Maintain operational hygiene standards and ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Requirements
* Previous fine dining experience would be an advantage but not essential.
* A strong work ethic
