We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to join our Dublin based Interior Design Studio. This is a rare and pivotal role, offering the opportunity to become the operational backbone of a creative, growing, and highly collaborative team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a central part in ensuring the smooth running of the studio, supporting multiple departments, and leading the HR function for the company. Role Overview
You'll manage day-to-day operations, HR administration, and finance support including:
Day-to-Day Operations & Studio Coordination
Provide cross-departmental operational support to keep the studio running efficiently
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and general administration
Oversee studio maintenance, repairs, supplies, and inventory
Ensure the workspace consistently meets a 5-star standard in presentation and hospitality
Maintain office records, project documentation, and internal workflow systems
Support marketing activity, including preparing submissions and managing social media schedules
HR Administration
Administer contracts, onboarding, and HR documentation
Maintain employee records and compliance requirements
Coordinate staff scheduling, leave tracking, and internal communications
Support leadership with HR processes and operational planning
Finance Support
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier payments
Support budget tracking and expense processing
Liaise with the accounts team to maintain accurate financial records
Provide general assistance with month-end preparation and reporting
Who You Are
Structured, solutions-focused, and highly organised
Comfortable communicating across teams
Calm under pressure and effective in a busy, creative environment
Experience with Microsoft 365 & Xero or similar systems a must
Experience with G-Suite, Canva, Later
3+ years experience in a similar role
