About the Role
You will be a key member of the finance leadership team, responsible for leading the external and internal financial reporting of the Group. You will lead a high-performing group finance team, ensuring robust financial governance, strategic planning, and insightful analysis to support the company's growth and success.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the financial reporting team and ensure high performance and engagement.
* Oversee preparation of Group financial statements and statutory accounts for timely LSE compliance.
* Advise on complex accounting issues to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
* Drive key finance projects and deliver monthly consolidated reports for executive and board review.
* Promote sustainability, diversity, and strong data governance across finance operations.
* Manage a high performing team
About the person:
* Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years PQE.
* Proven track record in a senior group finance leadership role within a large PLC.
* Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
