Ballina Manor Hotel are accepting applications for a Full-Time Receptionist:
Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate should be service driven and able to work in a busy environment acting as the first point of contact with our guests and also providing administrative assistance to front office and management teams.
· Greeting guests and responding to queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
· Checking guests in and out and ensuring guest bills are handled correctly.
· Efficient handling of a busy switchboard and dealing effectively with telephone queries.
· Handling of cash and balancing of cash registers at the end of each shift.
· Processing bookings and requests for information by email.
· Communicating closely with all departments to ensure efficient expedition of guest requests whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer care at all times.
· Implementing and following hotel policies as outlined by management and any other duties arising
Candidate requirements:
* Excellent IT skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Excellent customer care skills
* Weekend and shift work are required for this position
* Must be over 18 years old
* Position is shift work / alternating
