Administration Support Role
We are currently recruiting an Administration Officer to join our team based in Belfast City Centre. The successful candidate will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and background checks completed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administration support across various tasks
* Open, scan and upload post onto the system
* Deal with correspondence & telephone queries from clients and other stakeholders
* Liaise with lawyers and provide administrative support for court cases or legal proceedings
* Update relevant computer systems as necessary for accurate record keeping
