Responsibilities
Conduct performance management and career development processes, and handle staffing and disciplinary actions.
Make staffing decisions and ensure resources are available to accomplish priorities; Key decision‑maker for the salary review process.
Manage and direct individuals within the relevant groups, usually through direct reports.
Participate in developing/providing input and support to the strategic plan and budget management process.
Provide additional leadership support within large specialized groups.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a leadership management function within AML, Compliance, or Audit.
Leadership and organizational skills to develop periodic goals and to manage and motivate team members toward those goals.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
