ResponsibilitiesLead, direct and coordinate multi‑disciplinary technical teams, support the resolution of complex technical problems, manage client and stakeholder relationships and ensure desired project outcomes. Set an example for health, safety and welfare on projects and instill a strong safety culture. Lead on the development and management of client requirements and other assurance outputs, including assumptions and departures. Lead design coordination activities such as integrated design reviews and promote digitalisation to aid delivery. Work alongside Project and Design Managers to ensure the technical delivery of rail projects.Provide guidance, support and mentorship to aspiring engineering managers.Team & ProjectsThe role involves working on exciting and inspiring projects for a variety of infrastructure owners, national and local governments, public and private sector clients including Translink, Transport Infrastructure Ireland, MetroLink, Iarnród Éireann‑Irish Rail, Network Rail, HS2, regional transport bodies, operators and contractors.LocationBased in our city‑centre office in Belfast or Naas or Dublin.
