Job Opportunity: Experienced Cardiac Nurse

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, with strong critical thinking skills and excellent communication skills. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will need to be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert nursing care to patients with complex cardiac conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
* Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and effective management of patient admissions.
* Participate in clinical audit and research activities to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.
* Contribute to the identification and implementation of training needs pertinent to the clinical area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Registered General Nurse qualification from The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Minimum 4 years' experience working in a coronary care setting.
* Competency in ECG interpretation or a willingness to undertake study for same.
* Evidence of continuous professional development.
* In-depth experience and knowledge of working within a cardiac care setting.
