Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including continuous outreach to passive candidates and stakeholder management with key business managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of the recruitment process from initial brief to offer stage
* Building relationships with passive candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
* Collaboration with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and deliver against targets
* Sourcing top talent using creative methods and tools
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
* Experience in recruiting for Sales roles in EMEA markets
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
