Meet the team:

Join our dynamic Facilities Engineering team at the forefront of building a brand-new, state-of-the-art greenfield medical device manufacturing site. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the foundation of a facility from the ground up—literally. We're a collaborative, hands-on group that thrives on solving complex engineering challenges in a regulated environment. If you're passionate about commissioning, validation, and making a lasting impact on patient safety and product quality, this is the role for you. Come help us build something extraordinary.

Where You Come In:
You support the commissioning and validation of mechanical systems including HVAC, cleanroom environments, chilled water, and compressed air.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams during construction and start-up phases of a greenfield facility.
You develop and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols in compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and EU MDR standards.
You author and maintain technical documentation such as validation plans, protocols, reports, and SOPs.
You ensure cleanroom classification, environmental monitoring, and facility readiness for production launch.
You support change control and deviation investigations related to facility systems.

What Makes You Successful:
You have strong knowledge of mechanical systems in regulated environments, especially cleanroom HVAC and critical utilities.
You bring proven experience in CQV for facility systems, ideally in a greenfield or major capital project.
You are proficient in technical writing, producing clear, audit-ready documentation.
You understand and apply FDA QSR, ISO 13485, EU MDR, and ISO 14644 standards.
Your proficiency with tools like BMS/EMS platforms supports effective system design and troubleshooting.
You are a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in cross-functional project teams.
You have experience supporting facility start-up, commissioning strategy development, and project execution.
(Nice to have) You hold certifications in CQV, LEAN, or Six Sigma methodologies.
(Nice to have) You bring knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability, and facility lifecycle management.

Skills & Qualifications
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and energy management systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage facility improvement and upgrade projects from planning through execution.
Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in facility management and energy efficiency.
