The ideal candidate will have high level of accuracy and attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, logical thinking with data protection acumen. They will also have good experience in handling various complex data migration projects in a banking domain preferably in lending space.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring business requirements are captured, validated, and documented;

1. Developing and implementing data migration strategies;

1. Managing multiple stakeholders across various levels cutting across multiple departments in the bank;
">
1. Proven track record of business engagement and of being the link between business and technical communities;
">
1. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate key issues, risks, and challenges backed up with strong data evidence;
">
1. Define and document the migration requirements, and recommend appropriate solution, modifications, configurations, and processes and get sign off from the relevant stakeholders;
">
1. Own the data mapping sheet and interacts with Business Stakeholders and IT teams to identify, document, and finalise the data elements to be migrated;
">
1. Develop and propose data migration best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines;
">
1. Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of migration risks and issues;
">
1. Proven ability to provide technical guidance and assistance to colleagues as appropriate;
