Job Title: Food Service Operations Manager
Description:
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional guest dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Duties:
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain excellent service standards.
• Oversee floor operations during service, handle customer feedback, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with rota management, stock control, and ordering.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Uphold and enforce health and safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in implementing marketing promotions and special events to drive revenue.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a busy, high-quality restaurant or hotel setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage busy service periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Living in Ireland and having the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Salary: €36,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) plus Tips (€100 to €150 a week).
