This is an opportunity for a senior rewards specialist to join a large corporation with an international footprint and to be part of their continuing success and growth story.Reporting to the Head of Rewards, this is an ideal opportunity for a Head of Rewards to move into a larger team environment or for a senior rewards specialist / VP to move into a role with career growth in mind.Role overviewThe Senior Rewards Manager will support the Head of Rewards in a dynamic, growth focused organisation.This role will be based in the corporate head office of a progressive, industry leading, multi faceted business with a reputation for excellence and professional growth.You will have input in developing reward strategies at executive level, driving best practice in reward design, policy and implementing best in class rewards solutions.You will also collaborate with the wider HR team and engage with key internal stakeholders up to executive and board level.Experience Required:Degree level with a focus on compensation, benefits and reward in HR.At least 7 years in a C&B / Reward role, ideally at a senior business partner/ VP or number two role.Experience managing reward programmes in a matrixed environment.Expertise in executive reward, benefit programme design and exposure to both Irish & UK tax legislation.Demonstrable track record of senior stakeholder management.Ability to present data, reports and recommendations at executive level.Track record leading pay reviews, calibrations,benchmarking, bonus design, reward frameworks and executive pay.Apply nowor contactin confidence to learn more.full job description to shortlisted candidates -
