Job Title: Front Office Operations Manager


We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Front Office Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office department.




About This Role




* Taking full operational responsibility during your shift, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments.

* Maintaining a visible presence throughout the property, especially during peak times such as check-ins/outs & meal services.

* Lead, manage and motivate up to 30 staff members in peak hours with clear direction and high expectations.

* Delivering exceptional guest experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally while working closely with Food & Beverage teams.

About You
Our ideal candidate has at least two years' experience in Duty Management or similar supervisory roles within busy hotels. They should have strong knowledge of hotel operations combined with leadership skills.
