Responsibilities
:
* Review, assess, and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
* Support and drive health and safety initiatives across the site.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
* Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams.
* Promote a proactive safety culture through training and engagement.
Requirements
:
* 5+ years' experience in a Health & Safety role, ideally in biopharma or pharmaceutical settings.
* Strong understanding of EHS regulations and best practices.
* Previous experience as a Safety Representative or member of a Safety Team.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
