Job Description
This role involves site management of utility-scale solar farm and renewable energy projects, working within a team to oversee site activities, contractor progress, and ensure project safety, quality, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing contractors on site for solar, wind, BESS projects, and grid connection works, ensuring high safety and quality standards. Additionally, they should be able to implement and enforce excellent QSHE practices, maintain accurate site records and documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess strong safety culture and construction management experience, preferably in utility-scale projects. They should also have interpersonal and negotiation skills, leadership ability on site, knowledge of PSDP/PSCS and CDMC processes, and experience working with multidisciplinary stakeholders including communities and legal teams.
