Clinical Nurse Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing change, with particular reference to HIQA standards, and will be able to demonstrate leadership, innovation and creativity in their work.
Responsibilities will include carrying out and supervising audits of all aspects of nursing care, including medication management and error, daily spot checks for check lists utilised by nursing and care assistant staff.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for receiving, supervising and overseeing the reception of new residents, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care needed to address the residents physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.
In addition, they will provide support and supervision to care and nursing staff in all aspects, including orientation of new staff, training and development of care staff.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors, and ensuring excellent communication between all staff caring for residents during daily resident hand-over.

Requirements:
* Nursing experience: Minimum 2 years in nursing home in Ireland with minimum of 5 years nursing experience.
* Management Experience: Preferably has SSN or CNM experience.
* Communication skills: High level of English.
